
Samir Nasr
Samir Nasr is the founder and chairman of ECE Group created in 1982.
He held a number of positions including Consultant at the OECD in Paris, Chairman of the economics department at the Lebanese University. He was also the financial advisor of the Qatari government. In addition, he was appointed chairman of the National Investment Guarantee Corporation in Lebanon since 1993 for 5 consecutive mandates.
Samir is an expert in strategic advisory, business development, corporate finance, investment assessment, deal structuring and negotiation.
Samir holds a PHD in Economics from Paris University-France.
Nada Boulos

Nada Boulos has joined ECE Group as a senior consultant in 1998 and was appointed Managing Director in 2001.
Nada is an expert in the fields of Corporate Finance, Business Planning and Development Strategy, Management Consulting, and Market Assessment.
Nada has extensive experience in various industries in the region including hospitality and tourism, real estate, banking and financial services, property management, airport and aviation related services. She was team leader of numerous development projects in cooperation with the European Union, World Bank and USAID, in the GCC & MENA region, Europe, and USA.
Nada holds an MBA in Finance from University of Texas at Arlington University-USA.
Elie Skaff
Elie Skaff is head of the Construction Project Management division (ECE – CPM).
Elie is a professional civil engineer, certified from the American Project Management Institute (PMI) as a project management professional (PMP). He is an expert in project management, with over 30 years of experience in all aspects and processes of project and construction management. He has successfully managed and delivered a wide variety of projects in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Syria, the USA, and Canada including the Montreal International Airport.
Elie holds a Bachelor in civil engineering from Laval University, Quebec-Canada.
Nour Masri

Nour Masri is primarily involved in the development and management of donor-funded projects at ECE. Prior to joining the Team, she has acquired experience through her work with the German Technical Cooperation (GTZ) in Germany, namely on the conceptualization of foreign aid projects for Developing Countries, in the framework of bilateral cooperation. Nour also worked under the umbrella of the United Nations Industrial Organization of the (UNIDO) as a consultant in the field of agro-food processing, environmental protection, and Small and Medium Size Enterprises (SME) development.
Nour has an Executive MBA from ESA/ESCP-Europe and a Masters in Biochemistry and Genetics with an advanced training in Environmental Management for Arab countries from Germany.
